中国经常受到西方的指责，但也有一些西方的知识分子，他们对中国却予以高度的赞扬和支持。
知名的美国作家、国际社会活动家、时政评论家、电影制作人和战地记者，安德烈·弗尔切克(Andre Vltchek)先生便是其中的一位蔚迟恭 。弗尔切克先生多次到访中国并接受新华社、人民网等专访。
本文节选自北京航空航天大学人文社会科学学院张玉城博士与弗尔切克先生就“当今国际政治结构下的大国博弈”展开的对话。

作者：您好，您认为当今国际政治是什么结构？
弗尔切克先生：很简单，这是一个西方国家，也就是北美白人、欧洲白人等的国家，美国等西方霸权主义国家统治下的世界，其余的都是被统治的。在西方眼里，整个世界都是西方的奶酪，其他人都低欧美白人一等，需要被其统治。在这种单极霸权的世界中，中国其实是一种平衡力量，没有中国，局面可能会更糟，而且会变得越来越糟。
作者：您认为形成这种结构的主要原因是什么？
弗尔切克先生：主要原因是美国等西方国家的霸权统治，以及它们的侵略和咄咄逼人。美国和欧洲实质上是一丘之貉。例如，以叙利亚为主的中东难民危机，它们都是始作俑者。
对企图挣脱西方霸权统治的国家，西方都是不遗余力的刁难和制裁。古巴、委内瑞拉、玻利维亚、利比亚、叙利亚、东南亚诸国等很多国家，想独立自主有尊严地发展，也付出了很大努力进行抗争，但它们都太爱有多远 小，实力不够；而巴西等南美国家观望；俄罗斯好像也没有决定，而且其本身也被欧美霸权制裁着，战火也经常烧到了其周边。

只有中国，已从二战前非常落后的旧中国，发展成为现代化强大的新中国、世界第二大经济体。中国不仅人口众多，而且科技文化等素质越来越高，还具有灵活的体制和巨大的发展潜力，已经成为国际政治经济结构中的重要力量。
此外，更令人敬佩的是，中国外交奉行独立自主、和平共处的政策雷达电蚊香，维护世界和平，倡导共同繁荣，而不是像西方列强一样侵略成性。
因此，中国，是一种平衡力量，是世界上唯一有能力，可以平衡和抗衡西方霸权的国家。同时，也是唯一的可能和希望——这也是西方抛出“中.国.威.胁.论”的原因之一。
作者：您觉得解决的方案是什么？
弗尔切克先生：我并不主张冲突，但也不应该放弃斗争。我认为中国铁血大明，一定要读懂西方的强盗逻辑，才会清楚地知道，自强和斗争才是解决方案，与西方大国博弈时的态度才会坚定。
作者：那么，您认为西方的强盗逻辑是什么呢？
弗尔切克先生：西方本身信奉丛林法则英雄的宿命有什么用 ，弱肉强食。它们一直迷恋军事武力。
“谎言重复千遍就是真理”，“真理只在大炮的射程之内”，“胜者拥有一切”第十突击队 ，这些都是西方强盗逻辑的体现。
几百年来，西方侵略了多少国家和地区，二战之前的世界势力分布地图展示得清清楚楚，基本上达到了绝对控制和奴役整个世界的程度。
今天，我们不仅面临着西方政治经济军事的控制，而且还有西方意识形态、精神和文化的控制，这与二战前的形势也基本相同。
西方认为其他种族比其低一等，把整个世界都当成西方狩猎的猎场。利比亚等其它国家和地区的妥协和退让，迎来的是西方变本加厉的侵略。
总之，西方信奉丛林法则，西方打败你就弱肉强食，打不败你才和你谈判，如果被你打败，它们也会投降雌伏。面对西方的丛林法则，其它国家和地区没有选择，想要独立自主，不能落后只能强大，只能斗争并战胜西方。
作者：我们应该怎样读懂西方的强盗逻辑？
弗尔切克先生：我认为，首先，必须清楚西方的文化和心理。
西方的强盗逻辑不是从来就有的，近代以前也曾被大肆杀戮和长期奴役过。只是近代的强盛，才使西方在文化和心理上产生了白人群体性的优越感，觉得其他种族都低其一等。
现在西方从心里就看不起其他人，不会从心里面，真心地想跟其他人讲道理，阴谋诡计却是层出不穷。即使你有理有据也不会使其停止侵略。调停、和解等通常被其认为是好欺负，西方反而更加变本加厉而不是友好相处。偶尔表面上的讲道理，也是一种权宜之计，只是为了迷惑或欺骗。
其次余祥铨 ，不要仅仅听西方是怎么说的，一定要看清楚西方是怎么做的。西方总是讲“民主、自由、平等、人权”等，但却干着奴役其它国家和地区的事。
过去几个世纪中，西方唯一感兴趣的就是如何通过阴谋诡计乃至战争，把全球其它国家和地区都变成西方的殖民地和半殖民地。
例如贩运黑奴、几乎灭绝北美印第安人等，不择手段地，疯狂地侵略，疯狂地掠夺全球财富和资源。
即使读懂了西方的强盗逻辑，还要特别指出，中国、俄罗斯两个大国也要深刻反省。大国要独立自主，就必须自尊自强，具有大国精神。
面对西方的强盗霸权，中国被西方军事禁运，俄罗斯被西方军事和经济制裁。中国和俄罗斯要团结起来，也要联合其它被压迫的国家和地区，共同与西方霸权强盗积极斗争。
只要发奋图强，先进且强大起来，自然会让西方的制裁自动失效，甚至必要时还可以反制裁西方，乃至使西方顺服。
作者：中国一直倡导“合作双赢”，您有何评论？
弗尔切克先生：这个愿望是好的。但是，要清醒地认识到，友好善良的中国面对的，可不是类似中国的国家，而是信奉丛林法则、弱肉强食日菁字幕组 ，奉行双重标准的霸权国家。美国内心才没有想什么双赢。
要知道，整个世界，都被视为它的奶酪割发代首，它只想单赢，只想维护它的霸权。所以，任何双赢都被视为动了它的奶酪，都是它要真心打击和消灭的，它心里根本不想双赢。
所以，中国的愿望很美好，但现实是与狼共舞。
我想提醒的是，中美对话中，美国为了单赢，也会设下很多的陷阱和诡计，以及各种形态的战争。中国要清醒地识别其用心、目的和策略，并与之在如网络安全、意识形态等各个领域，勇敢机智地进行斗争和破解。我非常确定，中国面临着很多危险。
作者：说到大国博弈的本质和战争，西方有“修昔底德陷阱”之说，是说一个崛起的大国和一个守成的大国之间几乎必然爆发战争。并有统计数据指出，近代大国崛起，挑战现存大国15例，发生战争11例，几乎被视为是国际关系的“铁律”。您认为中国倡导的“合作双赢”会超越“修昔底德陷阱”吗袖珍三姐妹 ？
弗尔切克先生：如刚才所说，与狼共舞很危险。当然，也不是毫无一丝希望。
中国是世界上伟大的国家之一，也许是最伟大的。中国长袖善舞，已多年避免参与西方的战争和冲突。
当然，我知道中国人包容，爱好和平，但也不惧怕战争。伟大的抗日战争和朝鲜战争就有力地证明了这一点。
我认为中国的领导人是非常清楚世界上正在发生什么，他们要保卫中国人民和保卫人类。现在除中国以外，世界大国都卷入一场或者两场的军事冲突。所以，中国的领导人是非常明智的，也是对自己国民非常负责的。
中国一直是维护世界和平、平衡冲突的主要力量。中国明智且有效地远离了当前国际社会上的一切军事冲突，也很可能有智慧、有能力，巧妙地避免中美陷入“修昔底德陷阱”式的战争，成为第五例例外，实现中国和平崛起的夙愿。
这与中国人民息息相关！与美国人民息息相关！与世界上很多人们息息相关！与世界上很多可爱的孩子们也会息息相关！
作为一名外国人，我非常羡慕今天中国的安全和幸福！非常羡慕未来中国和平崛起的幸福！
不过，我还是要强调，中国要清醒，认清西方的真实意图，精心应对，不能犯错。中国的快速发展让西方感受到了巨大的压力，成功的社会主义国家是西方最难以接受的。西方一直将中国视为严重的威胁，所以，中国别无选择，只有认清西方，自强不息，斗争到底。
中国人是最爱好和平的民族宰伊洛，但中国是世界大国，还要有主导世界的大国精神！中国声音应当更加坚定，中国力量的展示和运用要更加频繁，敢于使用强大的武力才能让西方退却和尊重中国，才可能真正避免陷入“修昔底德陷阱”式的大战。
作者：说到未来，中国还提出另一个涉及到全人类的理念，就是建立“人类命运共同体”。您觉得这将对世界大国博弈有何影响耀世丹圣？
弗尔切克先生：无与伦比！这是中国面向未来，向全世界回答了“中国的立场和目标是什么”这一首要问题麦兜的志愿 。
很好地解答了世界对中国未来道路的疑问，让世界明白了未来中国的立场和目标，展示了中国的伟大主张。
这很好，无与伦比！
目前阶段，由于霸权美国只想颠覆你们，奴役世界，因此，“人类命运共同体”首先应该是一个反对霸权，各国各族人民相互尊重，友好相处的“命运共同体”。
不过，任何伟大理念的提出，只是第一步，还要中国和世界各族人民的共同努力，还要有中国等国家强大的军事、经济实力和智慧，以及始终如一的坚定态度来保证才可能一步一步实现。
要始终有决心、有能力，坚定维护中国人民、世界各族人民的利益，才能赢得世界各族人民心灵上的共鸣和热爱。
“人类命运共同体”伟大理念的提出，集中展现了中国是一个如此伟大的国家，中国在国际上所做的一切，除了给中国在世界上争取一个更好的地位之外，还是为了让全人类能更好地工作和生活，不仅包括中国人民，而且还包括关心世界各族人民的疾苦，友爱世界各族人民，和平共处，共同发展，共同繁荣。
这迥异于美国霸权的弱肉强食，让世界各族人民能更清楚地看清中美之间的差别。

中国经常受到西方的指责，但也有一些西方的知识分子，他们对中国却予以高度的赞扬和支持。
知名的美国作家、国际社会活动家、时政评论家、电影制作人和战地记者，安德烈·弗尔切克(Andre Vltchek)先生便是其中的一位蔚迟恭 。弗尔切克先生多次到访中国并接受新华社、人民网等专访。
本文节选自北京航空航天大学人文社会科学学院张玉城博士与弗尔切克先生就“当今国际政治结构下的大国博弈”展开的对话。

作者：您好，您认为当今国际政治是什么结构？
弗尔切克先生：很简单，这是一个西方国家，也就是北美白人、欧洲白人等的国家，美国等西方霸权主义国家统治下的世界，其余的都是被统治的。在西方眼里，整个世界都是西方的奶酪，其他人都低欧美白人一等，需要被其统治。在这种单极霸权的世界中，中国其实是一种平衡力量，没有中国，局面可能会更糟，而且会变得越来越糟。
作者：您认为形成这种结构的主要原因是什么？
弗尔切克先生：主要原因是美国等西方国家的霸权统治，以及它们的侵略和咄咄逼人。美国和欧洲实质上是一丘之貉。例如，以叙利亚为主的中东难民危机，它们都是始作俑者。
对企图挣脱西方霸权统治的国家，西方都是不遗余力的刁难和制裁。古巴、委内瑞拉、玻利维亚、利比亚、叙利亚、东南亚诸国等很多国家，想独立自主有尊严地发展，也付出了很大努力进行抗争，但它们都太爱有多远 小，实力不够；而巴西等南美国家观望；俄罗斯好像也没有决定，而且其本身也被欧美霸权制裁着，战火也经常烧到了其周边。

只有中国，已从二战前非常落后的旧中国，发展成为现代化强大的新中国、世界第二大经济体。中国不仅人口众多，而且科技文化等素质越来越高，还具有灵活的体制和巨大的发展潜力，已经成为国际政治经济结构中的重要力量。
此外，更令人敬佩的是，中国外交奉行独立自主、和平共处的政策雷达电蚊香，维护世界和平，倡导共同繁荣，而不是像西方列强一样侵略成性。
因此，中国，是一种平衡力量，是世界上唯一有能力，可以平衡和抗衡西方霸权的国家。同时，也是唯一的可能和希望——这也是西方抛出“中.国.威.胁.论”的原因之一。
作者：您觉得解决的方案是什么？
弗尔切克先生：我并不主张冲突，但也不应该放弃斗争。我认为中国铁血大明，一定要读懂西方的强盗逻辑，才会清楚地知道，自强和斗争才是解决方案，与西方大国博弈时的态度才会坚定。
作者：那么，您认为西方的强盗逻辑是什么呢？
弗尔切克先生：西方本身信奉丛林法则英雄的宿命有什么用 ，弱肉强食。它们一直迷恋军事武力。
“谎言重复千遍就是真理”，“真理只在大炮的射程之内”，“胜者拥有一切”第十突击队 ，这些都是西方强盗逻辑的体现。
几百年来，西方侵略了多少国家和地区，二战之前的世界势力分布地图展示得清清楚楚，基本上达到了绝对控制和奴役整个世界的程度。
今天，我们不仅面临着西方政治经济军事的控制，而且还有西方意识形态、精神和文化的控制，这与二战前的形势也基本相同。
西方认为其他种族比其低一等，把整个世界都当成西方狩猎的猎场。利比亚等其它国家和地区的妥协和退让，迎来的是西方变本加厉的侵略。
总之，西方信奉丛林法则，西方打败你就弱肉强食，打不败你才和你谈判，如果被你打败，它们也会投降雌伏。面对西方的丛林法则，其它国家和地区没有选择，想要独立自主，不能落后只能强大，只能斗争并战胜西方。
作者：我们应该怎样读懂西方的强盗逻辑？
弗尔切克先生：我认为，首先，必须清楚西方的文化和心理。
西方的强盗逻辑不是从来就有的，近代以前也曾被大肆杀戮和长期奴役过。只是近代的强盛，才使西方在文化和心理上产生了白人群体性的优越感，觉得其他种族都低其一等。
现在西方从心里就看不起其他人，不会从心里面，真心地想跟其他人讲道理，阴谋诡计却是层出不穷。即使你有理有据也不会使其停止侵略。调停、和解等通常被其认为是好欺负，西方反而更加变本加厉而不是友好相处。偶尔表面上的讲道理，也是一种权宜之计，只是为了迷惑或欺骗。
其次余祥铨 ，不要仅仅听西方是怎么说的，一定要看清楚西方是怎么做的。西方总是讲“民主、自由、平等、人权”等，但却干着奴役其它国家和地区的事。
过去几个世纪中，西方唯一感兴趣的就是如何通过阴谋诡计乃至战争，把全球其它国家和地区都变成西方的殖民地和半殖民地。
例如贩运黑奴、几乎灭绝北美印第安人等，不择手段地，疯狂地侵略，疯狂地掠夺全球财富和资源。
即使读懂了西方的强盗逻辑，还要特别指出，中国、俄罗斯两个大国也要深刻反省。大国要独立自主，就必须自尊自强，具有大国精神。
面对西方的强盗霸权，中国被西方军事禁运，俄罗斯被西方军事和经济制裁。中国和俄罗斯要团结起来，也要联合其它被压迫的国家和地区，共同与西方霸权强盗积极斗争。
只要发奋图强，先进且强大起来，自然会让西方的制裁自动失效，甚至必要时还可以反制裁西方，乃至使西方顺服。
作者：中国一直倡导“合作双赢”，您有何评论？
弗尔切克先生：这个愿望是好的。但是，要清醒地认识到，友好善良的中国面对的，可不是类似中国的国家，而是信奉丛林法则、弱肉强食日菁字幕组 ，奉行双重标准的霸权国家。美国内心才没有想什么双赢。
要知道，整个世界，都被视为它的奶酪割发代首，它只想单赢，只想维护它的霸权。所以，任何双赢都被视为动了它的奶酪，都是它要真心打击和消灭的，它心里根本不想双赢。
所以，中国的愿望很美好，但现实是与狼共舞。
我想提醒的是，中美对话中，美国为了单赢，也会设下很多的陷阱和诡计，以及各种形态的战争。中国要清醒地识别其用心、目的和策略，并与之在如网络安全、意识形态等各个领域，勇敢机智地进行斗争和破解。我非常确定，中国面临着很多危险。
作者：说到大国博弈的本质和战争，西方有“修昔底德陷阱”之说，是说一个崛起的大国和一个守成的大国之间几乎必然爆发战争。并有统计数据指出，近代大国崛起，挑战现存大国15例，发生战争11例，几乎被视为是国际关系的“铁律”。您认为中国倡导的“合作双赢”会超越“修昔底德陷阱”吗袖珍三姐妹 ？
弗尔切克先生：如刚才所说，与狼共舞很危险。当然，也不是毫无一丝希望。
中国是世界上伟大的国家之一，也许是最伟大的。中国长袖善舞，已多年避免参与西方的战争和冲突。
当然，我知道中国人包容，爱好和平，但也不惧怕战争。伟大的抗日战争和朝鲜战争就有力地证明了这一点。
我认为中国的领导人是非常清楚世界上正在发生什么，他们要保卫中国人民和保卫人类。现在除中国以外，世界大国都卷入一场或者两场的军事冲突。所以，中国的领导人是非常明智的，也是对自己国民非常负责的。
中国一直是维护世界和平、平衡冲突的主要力量。中国明智且有效地远离了当前国际社会上的一切军事冲突，也很可能有智慧、有能力，巧妙地避免中美陷入“修昔底德陷阱”式的战争，成为第五例例外，实现中国和平崛起的夙愿。
这与中国人民息息相关！与美国人民息息相关！与世界上很多人们息息相关！与世界上很多可爱的孩子们也会息息相关！
作为一名外国人，我非常羡慕今天中国的安全和幸福！非常羡慕未来中国和平崛起的幸福！
不过，我还是要强调，中国要清醒，认清西方的真实意图，精心应对，不能犯错。中国的快速发展让西方感受到了巨大的压力，成功的社会主义国家是西方最难以接受的。西方一直将中国视为严重的威胁，所以，中国别无选择，只有认清西方，自强不息，斗争到底。
中国人是最爱好和平的民族宰伊洛，但中国是世界大国，还要有主导世界的大国精神！中国声音应当更加坚定，中国力量的展示和运用要更加频繁，敢于使用强大的武力才能让西方退却和尊重中国，才可能真正避免陷入“修昔底德陷阱”式的大战。
作者：说到未来，中国还提出另一个涉及到全人类的理念，就是建立“人类命运共同体”。您觉得这将对世界大国博弈有何影响耀世丹圣？
弗尔切克先生：无与伦比！这是中国面向未来，向全世界回答了“中国的立场和目标是什么”这一首要问题麦兜的志愿 。
很好地解答了世界对中国未来道路的疑问，让世界明白了未来中国的立场和目标，展示了中国的伟大主张。
这很好，无与伦比！
目前阶段，由于霸权美国只想颠覆你们，奴役世界，因此，“人类命运共同体”首先应该是一个反对霸权，各国各族人民相互尊重，友好相处的“命运共同体”。
不过，任何伟大理念的提出，只是第一步，还要中国和世界各族人民的共同努力，还要有中国等国家强大的军事、经济实力和智慧，以及始终如一的坚定态度来保证才可能一步一步实现。
要始终有决心、有能力，坚定维护中国人民、世界各族人民的利益，才能赢得世界各族人民心灵上的共鸣和热爱。
“人类命运共同体”伟大理念的提出，集中展现了中国是一个如此伟大的国家，中国在国际上所做的一切，除了给中国在世界上争取一个更好的地位之外，还是为了让全人类能更好地工作和生活，不仅包括中国人民，而且还包括关心世界各族人民的疾苦，友爱世界各族人民，和平共处，共同发展，共同繁荣。
这迥异于美国霸权的弱肉强食，让世界各族人民能更清楚地看清中美之间的差别。
